EDIT: With the help of Joodlez, she helped me pinpoint the main problem of the picture. The nose. So I fixed that up and immediately the picture became so many shades of good. So yeah!
I have so many things about this picture I hate. I'm not gonna even go into that right now.
A commission for my grandmother who wanted me to draw my cousin underwater as a ballerina of sorts. She's supposed to look like a Beta fish...
